David Clarke, director of the Center for Transportation Research, is set to testify in Myrtle Beach as part of an NAACP lawsuit against the city. The lawsuit stems from the city’s bike week activities in May.

Clarke is a retained expert for the plaintiff and is expected to testify about his opinions of the traffic regulations used during Memorial Bike Week.
