In The News: Tickle Approved as UT Advisory Board Chair
The advisory board for the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, met for the first time on January 11 to elect a chair and set meeting dates for the upcoming year. The board will advise the chancellor and create communications related to the budget, tuition, and other campus policies.
John Tickle, UT alumnus and Strongwell Corporation founder, was named chair of the advisory board as part of the first meeting. In addition, the board voted on a set of bylaws which will go before the Board of Trustees.
