Huidong Zang, a graduate from the Department of Materials Science and Engineering (MSE), Bin Hu, and colleagues recently published “Magneto-Dielectric Effects Induced by Optically-Generated Intermolecular Charge-Transfer States in Organic Semiconducting Materials” in Scientific Reports (Nature Publishing Group). The group’s research investigated the interaction between magnetic field and a capacitor while using polymer and small molecule as dielectric materials. Zang is currently working as a postdoctoral research associate with the Center for Functional Nanomaterials at Brookhaven National Laboratory, New York.
