Grad Students

Our graduate programs are as diverse as the field they cover. As an interdisciplinary subject, MSE covers all traditional disciplines of engineering, calling individuals to take a broad perspective as they create integrative solutions.

We offer MS and PhD degrees in material science and engineering with several concentrations. A number of nationally respected corporations regard UT as a “target university” for hiring engineers, offering our graduates the opportunity to rise to top positions in industry.
