The Jessica M. Morris Women in Engineering (WiE) Program strives to create a welcoming, diverse, and inclusive environment for undergraduate and graduate female engineering students.

Program Goals

• Outreach & Recruitment: Attract, retain, and graduate talented female engineering and computer science students.
• Community & Engagement: Develop initiatives that create and sustain a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive campus climate for women in engineering students.
• Leadership Development:  Develop confident leaders through service and other experiential learning activities focused on exploring major and career options.
• Professional Development:  Prepare students for careers in the private sector or academia.
