Management Leadership for Tomorrow

Launched in 2002 Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) is a national nonprofit that is expanding economic mobility and access to the American dream.

MLT’s programs ensure individuals who have lacked access to career accelerating resources realize their career and leadership potential. Each year, we provide immediate economic mobility for over 1,000 college students and help hundreds of rising leaders at various stages of their career journeys continue to live up to their full potential. MLT has convened a uniquely powerful and vibrant community of Rising Leaders—10,000 and growing—who are propelling change throughout our institutions, communities, and nation.

MLT is also helping over 200 major employers build better workplaces. For 20 years, MLT has partnered with the world’s leading employers to help them build talent pipelines, develop their next generation of talent, and create cultures of fairness and meritocracy where all employees can thrive. MLT’s data-driven strategies enhance corporate competitiveness, while making the promise of economic mobility more attainable to people from all backgrounds.

Career Prep

As a college student, the path to figuring out your passion and graduating with a job offer can feel overwhelming. MLT’s Career Prep (CP) program provides emerging student leaders who have experienced inequitable access to career-accelerating resources with a winning professional playbook, 20 months of programming, which includes personalized coaching, and an accelerating network of 10,000 MLT Rising Leaders.

The Career Prep Program includes:

• Exposure and access to prestigious employers
• Skill development seminars hosted virtually and around the country
• Alumni network of over 10,000 professionals (and growing!)
