We are dedicated to expanding access to educational opportunities to aspiring engineers. We believe that engaging with individuals from all backgrounds and perspectives fosters a vibrant community for our Engineering Vols that enhances critical thinking and intellectual growth. As such, we are commuted to promoting an atmosphere where all members of our community feel welcome, can thrive, and achieve success.
We maintain that by promoting and embodying a culture of respect, we are better equipped to address the engineering challenges of our local and regional community, as well as the engineering challenges of our nation and beyond.

Jessica M. Morris Women in Engineering Program
The Jessica M. Morris Women in Engineering Program strives to provide students with an accessible engineering education integrated with student success. We equip future engineers with the skills to champion their academic, social, and professional journey.
Pre-College Programs
The college offers a variety of pre-college programs for high-school students interested in studying engineering in college.
Summer Engineering Advancement Program
The Deborah Brown Summer Engineering Advancement Program is designed to help student who are pre-calculus ready and majoring in engineering advance to calculus beginning in the fall.
