Academics

Applied engineering prepares students to join industry-leading companies and agencies by developing the critical skills employers are actively seeking.  Through hands-on learning with industrial equipment and real-world problem-solving, students gain practical expertise tailored to their chosen field, whether through:

  • mastering automation, PLC programming, and precision measurement in manufacturing;
  • developing software solutions and IT infrastructures and corresponding system integration skills;
  • or applying structural analysis and design principles in aerospace applications.

Our curriculum emphasizes experiential learning that builds job-ready competencies, ensuring graduates can immediately contribute to their industries and meet the evolving demands of modern engineering practice.
