Biography

Rajiv Saxena is an Operating Partner at SaxeCap, where he leads the logistics and supply chain transformation consulting practice. His work focuses on leveraging traditional AI, Generative AI, automation, and optimization to deliver breakthrough improvements in performance and efficiency.

Rajiv brings over 30 years of global experience across supply chain solutions, operational excellence, digital transformation, innovation, AI/ML adoption, automation, global trade compliance, management consulting, and systems development. Prior to SaxeCap, he held leadership roles at Kenco Logistics, APL Logistics, Menlo Worldwide Logistics, CEVA Logistics, S. B. Billimoria & Company (Ernst & Young), and General Electric Company.

He is a frequent speaker at leading professional and academic forums, including INFORMS, CSCMP, and IISE, and has engaged with several prominent academic institutions. Rajiv has also extensively published various articles on logistics and supply chain topics in industry publications.
