Biography

Joe Boudreaux is a Senior Director of Reliability Engineering with more than 38 years of comprehensive experience in training, maintenance, engineering, and project management. He has built his career around a systems-based approach to performance across a range of critical functions, including instruction, operations, construction, maintenance, and the decontamination and dismantlement of radiological and hazardous facilities.

His leadership has been instrumental in the successful development and management of project cost, scope, and schedule, particularly within highly regulated environments. He has completed numerous projects and provided technical instruction at facilities governed by the Department of Energy (DOE) and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC).

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Florida International University.
