WVLT: UT research group works on mind-controlled drone

Drones can provide you with an interesting perspective, capturing shots you otherwise wouldn’t be able to get. All the control is in a remote control in the palms of your hands. But, a group at UT says they’ll do you one better. They are working on a mind-controlled drone. UT mechanical, aeronautical and biomedical engineering professor Xiaopeng Zhao said whether you’re moving your hand or just thinking about moving it, your brain activities are very similar.
