On Monday, July 23rd Lower Drive will be closed for approximately 3 weeks for infrastructure and utility work. Access will remain open to the main Perkins lot and Middle Drive.

Use Tee Martin Drive for parking access to Estabrook Road.

Alternative parking options include the C15/S7 lot next to the John D. Tickle Building, the S7 parking level in White Avenue Garage, and the S7 Second Creek parking lot east of the Min H. Kao Building.

Between August 8–22*, phase 2 will take place with utility work to extend water lines. During this time, Eastern Estabrook Road between the Tickle pedestrian bridge and Dougherty will be closed. Tee Martin will remain open, and traffic on Lower Drive will temporarily flow in the opposite direction. Additionally, the lower portion of Estabrook Road behind Dougherty and Min H. Kao will temporarily become two-way.
