He has director-level experience in program management, where he oversaw the ~$3B annual baseline of mission-critical work at Pantex and Y-12, comprising a total workforce of ~10,000 employees.<\/p>\n<p>He also has director-level experience overseeing weapons modernization efforts at Pantex and Y-12, where several mission-critical weapons programs were initiated, managed, and closed out.
