His appointment is part of the Science-Informed Artificial Intelligence cluster at Tennessee. He earned his PhD in Operations Research from Texas A&amp;M University in 2025. His research lies at the intersection of game theory, optimization, and reinforcement learning, with a focus on multiagent decision making in dynamic and uncertain environments. He develops principled frameworks for designing safe and efficient learning algorithms for agents operating in systems where strategic interactions and constraints are pivotal. His recent work spans topics such as intervention design in network games, learning in constrained Markov games, combinatorial optimization, with applications in network analysis, epidemics and multiagent reinforcement learning. His contributions have been recognized with honors such as the 2025 IEEE Control Systems Society Outstanding Student Paper Prize (Technical Committee on Networked Systems).
