Interim Provost John Zomchick has announced that the search for the next dean of the Tickle College of Engineering has been suspended and will resume in the fall under the direction of incoming provost David Manderscheid.

Lynne Parker, who has been named interim dean, will continue to lead the college.

“This is an important time as we lay the groundwork for the next era at the University of Tennessee and the Tickle College of Engineering, and after much consideration, we have decided it is best to wait for our new provost,” Zomchick said.
