Engage Living & Learning Community

Success in engineering requires a substantial time commitment and hard work. The Engage Living and Learning Community (Engage LLC) provides a supportive environment for first-year students who have been admitted to the Tickle College of Engineering where they can develop a sense of camaraderie with other engineering students. Engage LLC provides first-year engineering students a residential environment designed to help them adjust to campus life as they begin their undergraduate degrees at UT.

First-year students live together allowing for the opportunity to share notes, work together in study groups, and participate in professional and social activities. Upper-level engineering students, who serve as peer mentors, live in the residence hall along with first-year engineering students to help make the first-year transition easier.
