WiE Welcome You Event

Join the Jessica M. Morris Women in Engineering Program (WiE) along with the engage Engineering Fundamentals Program for our annual WiE Welcome YOU Event. Join us as we welcome incoming Engineering Vols and kick off the new academic year. This is a great opportunity to connect with new first-year and transfer students, meet the college’s faculty and staff, and learn more about the vibrant community on Rocky Top. 

Throughout the afternoon, students will have opportunities to attend three information sessions while exploring our resource showcase, meeting representatives from departments and programs, and connecting with student organizations. In addition, enjoy ice cream from the UT Creamery while having fun with Legos!

Drawings for door prizes will be selected throughout the event, and each incoming first-year and transfer students will receive limited edition gifts. Gifts will also be available to other students on a first come-first serve basis. We hope to see you there!
